Get Involved for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Share the news! Help us spread awareness about Breast Cancer.


Go PINK during the month of October! October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we need YOUR help to spread awareness, educate others, and make a difference in women’s lives who are currently battling breast cancer.

Our top tips for ways you can help spread awareness:


1. Update your Facebook Profile Picture

Share your support by posting pictures on your Facebook feed or by simply changing your profile picture. 


2. Wear Pink or share your #PinkRose photos

Help raising awareness by adding a touch of pink to your wardrobe this month. Join your friends and family of wearing pink at work,or a special event, or even a charity walk to support breast cancer patients.

Share the photos on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.

  • Use hashtag #PinkRose
  • Tag @igopink
  • Tag friends to also share their photos or to donate $25 to the Breast Cancer Charities of America

3. Shop Pink Partners

Shop at stores or retailers that every purchase you make with them, proceeds will go to the Breast Cancer Charities to help women and men who are battling breast cancer.

4. Educate yourself/ Learn Facts

Educate on breast cancer statistics. Know the key symptoms of breast caner in women AND men. Research online any questions you may have. Learn important information on how to prevent and survive breast cancer.

5. Organize a Fundraisers

Create a fundraising page to honor a loved one or survivor. It's not only quick and easy but it helps to raise awareness to the cause. You can create your own account, start a team, and get others involved.

6. Make a Donation

With any donation, it can go towards a great cause. You can give a gift in honor of a survivor or a loved on.

7. Volunteer

Join us and we can help women prevent, battle, and survive breast cancer. Encourage other individuals, groups, organizations, and and businesses on ways they can help. Volunteering for a cause you are passionate about makes a huge difference.
